وَهُوَwahuwaAnd He

ٱلَّذِىalladhī(is) the One Who

يُنَزِّلُyunazzilusends down

ٱلْغَيْثَl-ghaythathe rain

مِنۢminafter

بَعْدِbaʿdiafter

مَاmā[what]

قَنَطُوا۟qanaṭūthey have despaired

وَيَنشُرُwayanshuruand spreads

رَحْمَتَهُۥ ۚraḥmatahuHis mercy

وَهُوَwahuwaAnd He

ٱلْوَلِىُّl-waliyu(is) the Protector

ٱلْحَمِيدُl-ḥamīduthe Praiseworthy

And it is He who sends down the rain after they had despaired and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy.

اور وہی تو ہے جو لوگوں کے ناامید ہوجانے کے بعد مینہ برساتا اور اپنی رحمت (یعنی بارش) کی برکت کو پھیلا دیتا ہے۔ اور وہ کارساز اور سزاوار تعریف ہے
