Biography
Saʿd was the chief of the Aws in Madinah. When Musʿab ibn ʿUmayr taught him Islam he accepted, and his whole clan followed the same day.
At Badr he assured the Prophet ﷺ of the Ansar’s full support. He was wounded at the Trench and died soon after, in 5 AH.
